West Texas Beekeepers brings beekeepers of all levels together to learn, share, and grow together across the wide-open spaces of West Texas—serving as a bridge for the Big Country, Concho Valley, Caprock, and Permian Basin regions. Whether you’re just starting your beekeeping journey or have been tending hives for years, you’ve found your community.
We rotate our meetings between Abilene and San Angelo, giving beekeepers and agriculture families a chance to connect and share seasonal tips, stories, and successes. We focus on education, collaboration, and the shared growth of our neighbors - with our signature events in the Fall:
Learn the art of honey production and showcase your beekeeping skills at the West Texas Fair and Rodeo.
